Refund policy

All items received are eligible for return/exchange within 7 days of arrival. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. When making a purchase please carefully review the item description. If items arrive bent or damaged due to carrier we are happy to issue a reshipment with picture and if product available. All items that are hand crafted are not eligible for a refund. Any refund will be processed after original item has arrived.  We appreciate you and your support.
